TanLinez does not guarantee specific results, tanning outcomes, or timeframes. Individual experiences may differ.
Unscented Solution Disclaimer
By selecting the Unscented option, or by leaving the scent option unselected at checkout (which will automatically default to Unscented), you acknowledge and agree that the solution supplied will be completely clear in appearance.
The Unscented formula contains no fragrance and no colouring. As a result, it may closely resemble water in both appearance and consistency. This is completely normal and does not indicate that the product is incorrect, diluted, faulty, defective, or missing ingredients.
All TanLinez solutions are prepared using the correct measurements and formulations. The clear appearance of the Unscented option is a natural characteristic of the product.
Customers acknowledge that the visual appearance of the Unscented solution alone shall not be considered evidence that the product is incorrect, ineffective, diluted, faulty, or not as described.
Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery information is accurate at the time of ordering.
TanLinez cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.
Where tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, TanLinez reserves the right to rely upon this evidence when investigating non-delivery claims.
Returned Orders
Orders returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect, or any customer-related delivery issue may be subject to additional postage costs before re-dispatch.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products
Customers must report damaged, faulty, missing, leaking, or incorrect products within 7 days of delivery.
Claims must be supported by clear photographic evidence showing the product, packaging, and any issues identified.
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in a claim being declined.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you experience an issue with your order, we ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider.
