Thank you for shopping with TanLinez. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of opened, used, or tampered products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns & Refunds

Unless a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not received, all sales are final and non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Failure to read product descriptions or instructions
  • Dissatisfaction with individual results, as results may vary between customers
  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected].

Please include:

  • Clear photographs of the product, packaging, and any damage

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may delay or prevent the processing of your claim.

Once the issue has been verified, we will provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer rights.

Missing Deliveries

If you believe your order has not been delivered, you must contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We may require customers to allow sufficient time for courier investigations before a replacement or refund can be considered.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery information is accurate at the time of ordering. TanLinez cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect address information supplied by the customer.
